Led the production of an exclusive brand activation for Hublot during Art Basel Miami, centred around their FIFA World Cup 2022 partnership.
I managed the event from concept to execution, overseeing a $100,000 budget and hosting 150+ high-profile attendees. My responsibilities spanned supplier sourcing and negotiation, logistical planning, and on-site coordination, ensuring seamless execution aligned with Hublot’s luxury positioning. The activation not only elevated brand visibility in a culturally rich environment but also sharpened my capabilities in event production, budget management, and luxury brand strategy.

I contributed to the strategic planning and execution of an exclusive event for Issey Miyake, celebrating one of the brand’s most iconic perfumes.
The experience was designed to embody the brand’s signature elegance and sensory minimalism, bringing the fragrance’s essence to life through a curated environment and immersive touchpoints. I supported the development of influencer seeding kits, managed event logistics, and ensured alignment between the creative direction and brand heritage. This project strengthened my ability to build meaningful brand moments through experiential marketing and deepened my understanding of storytelling within the luxury beauty space.
